The Cosby Show is one the greatest shows of all time. The show was aired on September of 1984on NBC. The Cosby show lasted for 4 years. The show ended in April of 1992. The Huxtable consisted of two parents and 5 children. The family goes through many challenges in the 201 episodes and 8 seasons. The "Huxtable" family was a very functional African American family on TV.

obstetrician. He also loves football. His main goal for his children is

Sondra, the oldest child, is at Princeton University when the series begins. She later meets her future husband, Elvin, there. They get married and have twins, Winnie and Nelson. They stop their studies and open a camping store together. But at the end they restart their studies. |

Denise is the second oldest child in the family. In one episode Denise ask her parents if she can go to Africa and work as a photographer. Her parents let her go. When she goes to Africa she meets her future husband ,Martin, who is in the Navy. Later, they have a girl and name her Oliva. She is a very precocious girl. |

Theo is the only son in the Cosby Show. He follows several of his Dad's traditions. In the episode it seems that all Theo cares about is girls, friends, and cars. They also find out that Theo is dyslexic, but he overcomes his disease and gets a college degree. |

Vanessa Huxtable is the middle child in the family. She argues a lot with her younger sister, Rudy. She argues with her parents about make-up and clothes. Toward the end of the show she goes to college and meets a janitor, and they become engaged . They separate, but stay good friend. |

RUdy Huxtable is the youngest child in the Cosby Show. She is the youngest child and gets all of the parents attention. She also thinks highly of women rights. |
